Sometimes its hard to know who to call. Maybe you have a project in mind that requires more than one specialty. Maybe you've tried getting someone to do a project for you and they just aren't interested in small jobs.
I am proud to be a Handyman. I grew up on a farm and learned from my earliest days that "If you want something done, you figure out how to do it!" As I got older, I spent over 15 years owning and managing Rental Properties. It seems like I could always count on my tenants to help me keep my "Fix It" skills up to date! I always took pride in rehabilitating older properties that anyone would be proud to live in.
I didn't plan on being a Handyman - However, over time, I realized that's what I was. Even more, it was a role that I loved to fill!
To me, a Handyman should do or be:

| Have the skills to complete a job from start to finish |
| Have the skills to do a wide range of projects AND know which projects not to take |
| Use common sense in everything he does |
| Be willing to help the homeowner learn to do things along with him |
| Be able to adjust to new situation or changes in plans |
| Be fair with his pricing |
| Work with you on YOUR terms |
| Be willing to take on the Small Jobs that the other guys won't touch. |
